Just a little story I wrote for a writing assignment in 9th grade that I thought I'd share.
The assignment was to write a short story in the style of Edgar Allan Poe.
Sorry if my english isn't perfect. I haven't edited this since 9th grade and I'm not a native speaker.

I wake up with a pounding headache. Now I know why my mother tells me not to drink. I open my eyes and close them right after. I pull my covers off of me and stretch for a minute. I walk to the bathroom with my eyes still closed. Now that takes skill. I open my eyes when I get in there. I look around for a second and scream. I run to the bed I was in and see its not mine. I scream again. I go to the door and its locked. No,no,no this can't be happening... moments later the door opens and I almost punch the person opening it, he grabbed my hand and then put it down. "Mr. B?" "Its Jeff out of school for you,now." "What's going on! Why did you take me!?" I screamed at him walking back away from him. Im terrified. My teacher took me... Jessi is a 17 year old girl who does what she please. One night Jessi went out with friends and had to much to drink. Next thing she knows she is at her hot teachers house... _______ Hello. I have been reading the comments from all of you guys and I appreciate all the love and support. I do realize there is a bunch and I do mean bunch of spelling errors and grammar mistakes. I would like to inform everyone that I was 14 when this was made, never did I think that it would get so many views and responses. I will try and put some time in my busy, busy life to fix them... Now in to the rude comments. No body asked you to stay. In fact it would be best if you just take your little butt out of here as, once again, I WAS 14 WHEN I MADE THIS 'BOOK'. No it didn't effect me in any way but there are kids on this site and I realize not everyone is as nice and respectful as I am but this IS my book. It's 100 percent MINE and I will run it the way I please. If you don't like it then get the hell out of here as I have many other more decent readers. Since that day, nothing has been the same. Will November 1st ever be a normal day for her? Excerpt: When he finally came through the door, the first thing I noticed about him was his eyes. They were extremely dark contrasting with his light skin. He also had dark, raven hair that went onto his shoulders with black swirl-like tattoos peeking out from his shirt. But the thing that got me all the way creeped out was his facial expression, as if he was expecting something major to happen. "Ahhhhh shit!" Two voices said in my head. "What the hell?" I thought. 'Oh yeah, we didn't introduce ourselves. I'm Grayson, and the other annoying ass voice in your head is Dominic. We're both your guardian demons!' He exclaimed. 'Oh yeah, I forgot about them.' "Hey!" Both of their voices exclaimed. Snickering in my head, I finally ask them what's wrong since they were shocked when the doctor came in. "He's someone you don't want to be near. You thought demons were dangerous, ohh he's far worse. Us demons are just lapdogs for the devil. But him? He doesn't take orders from anyone." "Do you guys mind stepping out while I examine Zo? It'll be awhile plus I need a little...privacy." The doctor says with a smirk. My parents say sure and drag my siblings out while I plead them to stay with my eyes. "Swiftly, the blade was plunged into the base of his neck and yanked out not another second later. Dark red blood sprayed out from his neck like a broken water pipe, covering the murderer with his blood, before the pressure dropped and the blood flowed proforously down his orange shirt. The boy I had a crush on used whatever strength he had left to spit blood on his murderer's face, before collapsing on the ground with a heavy thud." Things turn south when six friends enter their school during the dead of night. What was thought to be a simple dare becomes a life threatening game of cat and mouse. Will they be able to outrun the school's gruesome past, or will they join the others before them? One thing is for sure, if they ever get out of there alive, their lives will be changed. Forever. Hell Hall
High School. A virtual hell to every pimple covered, greasy haired, knowledge loving kid who walks the halls of the institution. Only a very proud few manage to rise among the ranks to become "the cool kids," snagging the lucky fate of living the best years of their lives up through the twelfth grade. We'll just not tell them what happens after they graduate. In ten years, when the kid the football team swirlied is their boss, they'll realize that it probably would have been better to not be cool when they were teens. But that doesn't matter now. Why you ask? I'll tell you. My name is Bridge, which isn't short for Bridgette, if you were wondering. My parents were assholes when they were younger, I guess. It could have been worse; at least I'm not a piece of fruit or an airline. Unique names can kiss my little undead butt. Oh yeah, that. I'm also dead. No need to apologize—it's not your fault, unless you're the pile of crap who murdered me. If so, could you fill me in on what happened? I'd really like to know how my life ended. The last thing I remember is going out for a milkshake and then, poof! I was here. Where is here, you ask?
