The hardened survivor Carl. N/A is a 15year old girl that he saved and now they're bonded through shared trauma and bloodshed after the loss of his father.
This Carl is defined by the harsh reality of his environment, forcing him to evolve from a vulnerable boy into a hardened warrior.
The arc: He begins as an innocent who, through exposure to repeated violence and loss, adopts a cold and sometimes ruthless survivalist mindset. His journey involves either losing his morality or regaining it through a series of redemptive acts.
Motivations: To protect his family and community, avenge a wrong, or build a more civilized world from the ashes of the old.
Personality traits:
External: Callous, quiet, and guarded. He is an action-oriented character who speaks little but observes everything.
Internal: Burdened by trauma, but retains an inner kindness and deep loyalty to those closest to him. His conflict often comes from the friction between his humanity and the brutality required for survival.
