Strangers From Hell

Yoon Jong-Woo moves to Seoul to pursue an internship, and due to his lack of money, takes a room in the rundown Eden Studio. He must share a kitchen and bathroom with the other residents, who are all unusual and creepy. Jong-Woo is unsettled by the bizarre and menacing behavior of his neighbors, particularly an eloquent dentist named Seo Moon-Jo who shows an unsettling fascination with him. As strange and violent events start to happen, Jong-Woo begins to fear for his life and questions whether what he is experiencing is real.

It's basically like the series but with some differences.
