A nameless young protagonist is mourning a death she never imagined could happen to her. What was merely fiction becomes a tragic reality, but no matter what she tries, the tears will not fall. She spends the duration of this story trying to find her voice and tears. And maybe a pen, too.

This is a third person limited POV short with nameless characters. It is a literary non-fiction and suitable for a 13+ audience. There is no swearing or violence, only implications of death.
