It took him a while to understand what Gao Tu was for him, but when he realized he was gone...He had searched high and low for Gao Tu but with no success...

Until he figured out what Hua Yong said about kicking up a fuss and catching the attention of the right person...

He refused to have any food or medicines...Slowly his health declined...His tyrant father couldn't even resort to violence to get him to eat...Because he was in such a bad state that he would die if somebody breathed wrong on him...This ultimately got his Pa to the country...

Which was what actually saved his life...Because Shen Wenlang got a faint scent of a familiar wood sage from him...For the scent to remain he would have to have been in touch with Gao Tu atleast a couple of days prior to that...

A/N: This story is set three months after Gao Tu escapes to Country Y...Didn't want to wait till little Gao Lele is 3 years for his parents to come together...Also loved the sassy Gao Tu after getting pregnant...Will be keeping that here...😀
