Twisted Steel club member Caleb Banks returns from college to discover he's been promised in marriage to his enemy Alexander Dawson, leader of The Hound Dogs, as part of a political agreement to end a turf war. The engagement is a cruel twist for Caleb, who was bullied by Dawson in high school. But that's what's to be expected from Caleb's father, the relentless and power-hungry leader of Twisted Steel.
On the same night as their engagement, Caleb's grandfather goes missing, and Caleb makes a deal with his father to infiltrate the rival gang and topple Dawson's reign of power. But Caleb finds it impossible not to be charmed by the Hound Dogs and their imperfect, but endearing, found family and even Dawson, who might genuinely be in love with him. Amidst a series of back-room deals, high-stakes bike races, and investigative stakeouts, Caleb finds it hard to fight his attraction for the rival he's engaged to.
But is it too late to save The Hound Dogs from wrongful persecution? And soon, Caleb's loyalty is tested, and he has to choose between the duty to his club... or following his heart.
