1st Place Award in Christian Writing Contests 6/2020. After being anorexic and bulimic as a teenager, I saw the light. Later on I became a certified fitness trainer. Since then I've been managing my weight for decades. "Lose Weight For Good" is not a diet-it's a lifestyle. However, if you honestly follow these guidelines, "You'll get fit while others get fed!" I share my own personal story of how I overcame eating disorders. Then I give you motivational tips, fun homework and proper way to lose weight and keep it off for the rest of your life! *I must share this disclaimer. I'm Changing(Discontinued) by Conceptualism

I have discontinued this story for a few reasons such as my writing a more mature now and I think my plot line, character development, visual descriptions, and even the very first paragraph of this story are very weak and ill thought through. This story is cluttered with overused tropes and stereotypical wattpad writing. This was written when I was going through an annoying emo phase and I am now out of it 100%. Thank you for your positive comments and votes. They are very much appreciated, but I am no longer adding to this book. My new account is evangeliontrash or horseschool on Archive of Our Own.

All in type of hard. But I do silently. I drown the feelings in my gut until I'm heavy with 'I want you' and 'I love you' and 'I miss you'. I hold my hope in my throat. I clutch my wishes in my hands. They become moist with sweat until I no longer want them. If you could read me you would have known, I never wanted you to leave until now. It was just the situation where holding on to you was more difficult than letting you go. I loved you, I cried, I apologised, I made efforts, And Finally I lost myself.
