Katherine Smiley is the daughter of Doctor Smiley from a one night stand...Smiley never knew about Katherine's birth or was there in her childhood because her mom who was mentally unstable and wanted nothing to do with Smiley. Katherine's mom was emotionally, physically, mentally abusive towards Katherine showing ZERO love for her daughter. Katherine was eventually put into a asylum where she spent the rest of the childhood growing up eventually when Smiley found he used his doctor persona and was able to get into the asylum where he ran test to confirm his suspension before eventually taking Katherine back to Slender Manor where she made a lot of friends.
