A story about a girl named Sylvia Frostbite who discovers a unique talent for water magic, leading her to attend a school deep below the ocean's surface. While uncovering mysteries of her magic abilities, she then meets a classmate who later becomes her lover and rival. Only for the duo to later sink down into the dark, cold depths when pressured, facing against the odds that nearly wiped out all of mankind, to recreate a new world.
