Pairings: Frank Iero/Mikey Way, Andy Biersack/Luke Hemmings **If you are triggered by death, panic attacks, cutting, or depression please read with caution. This work is in no way intended to upset or trigger anyone in anyway** Andy's life is somewhat calm after a long time of it not being that way. Then one night he hears some noise across the hall and stumbles into something he's not quite sure he's ready for. But that doesn't really matter at this point, because redemption means more than going a lot out of your way to take care of someone who doesn't want to be taken care of. Frank is in a place where he isn't sure he can come back from. And to be honest he doesn't really give a fuck. He's miserable and everyone knows it. He's perfectly fine on his own and doesn't need anyone. For four years it'd been that way and he was perfectly content with keeping it that way. Until he slips up and Andy barges into his fucking life without permission. And that's where it all begins. {Also posted on AO3 under jadero096}

"The hardest part is letting go of your dreams." There comes a point in time when your life gets so fucked up, so out of control, that you begin to wonder if anything good is supposed to come from it at all. Gerard wondered this, because amidst a mess of terrible night terrors and an everlasting existential crisis, Frank comes into his life. After nearly two years of struggling against the vivid nightmares that follow him in his sleep, Gerard goes out to break the cycle in the only way he can really think of: attacking it at its very source. Of course, that's when he meets Frank, of all times. Gerard's fucked up and desperate, and nothing is going right for him at all. If the fact that a stranger he met at midnight is the only thing keeping him grounded and sane isn't sad, then what is? And to what extent is Gerard willing to go to ensure that his nightmares don't bother him anymore? What's the cost if he does? does this description even make sense // trigger warnings: graphic content, gore, mentions of death, smut // if there are any others, tell me, and i'll gladly add them :)
