For years, Elias Bloodworth was the heart of Halloween, trading his pumpkin harvester's scythe for the friendly painted smile of his clown alter-ego, "Pumpkin."
But this year, the teenagers of Bloodworth County decided the tradition was dead.
They thought they were pulling the ultimate prank, a cruel joke culminating in Elias's murder. They were wrong. Now, a lonely, bullied teen with a dangerous secret has found a way to resurrect the twisted spirit of the clown, trading his vengeance for a promise: The bullies will pay in blood and carved flesh.
