ON HOLD - WRITING STARTS SOON

Cael - a world divided by night and day, sleep and awake.

In Regnum Somno (Realm of Sleep) the annual Nox Sacrificii stands on the brink of beginning. This offering ritual in name of the realm's goddess Sleep will bring prosperity and safety to the inhabitants of Somno when done right and living up to her highest wishes.
Deity Vessel, high priest and most devoted worshipper of Sleep, is in charge of this holy night, and personally oversees every offer made in name of his beloved goddess. But when holy creatures of Regnum Vigilia, Somno's conquering enemy, are brought to the offering table, he has to make the difficult choice between sacrificing them and face the imminent face of war, or call their offering to a halt and face Sleep's wrath as a consequence.

In Regnum Vigilia (Realm of Wake), deity and high priestess to the god Wake senses a shift in energy. When her beloved Sol starts to eclipse by Somno's Lunar and the two celestial bodies threaten to collide, she is certain the future of Cael is at stake, and the ancient prophecy about her being the rightful savior of the entire world is about to be fulfilled. But her path crosses with Somno's deity Vessel, and he seems to be even more important in this matter than her.

Before the world learns of Athena's reincarnation, the sacred Sanctuary of Greece is protected not only by the twelve Gold Saints, but also by four chosen priestesses - Kaira, Willow, Cassandra, and Clementine. Bound by sacred vows, they are the only women permitted to wed the Gold Saints, their destinies tied to warriors who can shatter stars. Kaira, daughter of Pope Shion and Grand Priestess Juniper, was raised in exile, shaping her into a stoic leader whose heart hides deep wells of love. Beside her stand three unwavering companions - Willow, sweet yet naïve; Cassandra, wise and compassionate; and Clementine, fierce and unyielding in battle. Together, they navigate love, loyalty, and the crushing weight of their divine roles, their fates intertwined with the Gold Saints they love. Their peace is shattered by the rise of Valkaria, a dark and powerful enemy whose assault on the sanctuary of Athena sets in motion battles that will span years. From the sacred steps of Sanctuary to the far reaches of the Underworld, the priestesses and their Saints must face gods, traitors, and ancient evils seeking to claim the Earth. Even after Valkaria's fall, whispers of war remain - battles against Olympian usurpers, titans from the age before man, and the final confrontation with a darkness born from within the Gold Saints themselves. Love will bind them. War will test them. And sacrifice will define them - for only together can they protect Athena and decide the fate of all worlds.

I woke to a sudden breeze invading the warmth from the heavy blanket that caressed my skin. Here, alone with my thoughts, the still, calm quiet in the atmosphere is almost painful. I feel suffocated in the clingy, static air. In quiet, still moments like these, I can almost feel Him. I don't know who "Him" is, but I can feel his presence. It's almost calming, especially on fearful, anxiety fueled nights. Usually, he was the strongest when I had a nightmare. The nightmares weren't as common now, but, right after everything happened, I was having them every night. I'd wake up and swear I was drenched in blood, my eyes and lips sticky, my nose filled with the smell of iron and fuel. After everything, that's when Him first came. From there, he just never left. I can usually sense when Him is near. Today, though, his presence is stronger. I can almost feel Him next to me, weighing down the mattress. Some nights, I roll over and imagine how he looks, envision his smile or the sparkle in his eyes. He's never there and I'm left clutching to the thought that he exists, staring into empty air. Tonight, though, I swear I can reach out and touch him. Extending my hand gently, I sweep my hand out into the darkness and meet an inexplicable warmth. A scream rips from my lungs as hands cover my face and two icy blue eyes stare back at me, daring me to speak again. A soft cloth caressed my nose and mouth before I felt myself fade into bed. Every thousand years, the gods demand a love story. Aeloria Vale, the devout yet restless priestess of Solynne, has spent her life preparing to serve the goddess of Light - a divinity that answers only through silence and fire. On the morning of her Choosing, she wakes from a dream of blood and wings - and of a man whose name burns on her tongue like a sin. Kael Draven, the last warrior of a ruined bloodline, carries a curse older than his kingdom. Bound to a dragon and haunted by the voice of the Reaper of Dusk, he dreams of a woman he's never met - and of the countless times he's killed her. When war ignites between their realms, destiny draws them together once more. Their souls recognize what their minds cannot: they have loved and destroyed each other across a thousand lifetimes, each death sealing the divine curse that shackles the world of Velithra in eternal twilight. But something has changed. In this life, she is not a girl of faith, and he is not a man of mercy. In this life, they remember too much. And the gods are growing restless. In a realm where dragons are worshiped as gods, fae courts weave truth into lies, and love itself is an act of rebellion, Aeloria and Kael must decide whether to break the curse - or become the very monsters it created. Lyrical, sensual, and unflinchingly dark, When the Moon Bleeds into Dawn is a sweeping romantasy of divine punishment, immortal love, and the thin line between devotion and damnation.

Making a deal with the God of Sleep wasn't exactly on my bingo card, but neither was getting caught up in a sacrificial ritual. The four men in masks saved me only to bring me to their own church of worship, telling me I can't go home because of the debt I owe. But a pact made long ago with the God and the one they call Vessel has me questioning my trust in them, especially when the standoff-ish Vessel of Sleep, the leader of the group, seems to know something I don't. The only way to learn the truth is to delve deeper into their lives, digging up my own buried past along with it... This is a slow burn romance mystery. Warning ⚠️: talk of suicide, murder, self harm and abuse along with sexual content. I also use swear words occasionally Word count: 85,661 Sequel: Telomeres
