"The Grave of Innocence" is the story of a boy trapped in a world far too grown-up for him and his understanding. The real problems begin when the boy is forced to grow up. Niak, the only child of Father Leba, sees his father only on certain Saturday nights when he brings home a beautiful woman on his arm. Every evening follows the same script, and the final act defines all three of them. The child believes his father is playing a hilarious game when he invites each woman to step through the door that leads down to the basement, only to leave alone early Sunday morning. No woman who went in has ever come back out, or at least not one that Niak has ever seen. Leba's game was fun until the questions started. All Rights Reserved
