Frisk and their monster groups are preparing for their first ever Halloween. However one red ghost from The Underground took over the holiday, of what Halloween actually is. But they aren't the only ghost with ghosts of Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Orange and Cyan, meet Frisk's groups to help them through the horror mania of Halloween itself.
Muffet herself, refuses to get anything between her and her spiders but with the red ghost in control, her life and pride is in jeopardy after living out of The Underground. But Frisk will protect her and her spiders even if it means of putting themself in harms way. While giving her the Halloween she and their friends actually deserves.

Yet the monsters still struggle to find their place within the world. Most accept the monsters, but there are those who wish nothing more than the complete annihilation of monster kind. Merely sealing them away is not enough. As ambassador for the monsters, it is Frisk's responsibility to fight for everyone's right to live on the surface. But at the same time, an internal battle rages on within her. Not only that, her relationship with Sans is strained. Trust is not so easily regained after the slaughter of one's beloved, despite it all being erased. Or was it really? Although humanity is still the same even after hundreds of years evolving from swords and spears to guns and nuclear weapons, but some accepted the Monster kind and many were against it. The monsters needed homes and by the hand of Jessalyn Knox the director of the phoenix order and Princess of Paradise she lended her strengths to the Monster kind for food, jobs, and homes. 2 and a half years on the surface and yet.. people are yet to ruin the monsters freedom..
