Gourdy and Toodles were eachothers best friends throughout their childhood, until misfortune strikes and Gourdy is taken away.
Years pass and now Toodles is in high-school with no way to contact her estranged friend, but to her luck (or misfortune) they reunite, with a bunch of paranormal mysteries coming along the way.
Now Toodles has to deal with the changes her old best friend went through, and work together to solve these paranormal mysteries.

After my escape, and yet another but brutal last year at the same high school, my school sent me their condolences and made sure to inform my future college of my past. I didn't bother to say goodbye to my "friends" or Preston, my ex. The police allowed me to change things, including changing my name & hair, but other than that, I was still me. Once I got my new identity, I tried to start anew. Moving me to a new place was the best thing the police and Dr Matthews allowed me to do, but it still didn't stop this nudging feeling that kept coming over me.
