The Need to Survive

Qin Flanagan, the 66th Hunger Games champion and adopted daughter of the 10th Hunger Games champion, Mags Flanagan. Had died when she sacrificed herself to save her adoptive brother, Finnick Odair's life during the rebellion, to get back to his family. This led to her being reborn into the world of "Beauty and the Beasts" as the female mermaid Qin of the merfolk tribe. After living all her life in the mer tribe and finding out what awaits for her when she comes of age.
