Abigail Ridgeworth deeply misses her mother, but she also misses her childhood best friend, as little as she'd like to admit it. But that friendship must stay in the past now, for Abigail is going to be married in July and will have a fresh start as queen of Morian.
Rya Raine, captain of The Dragon (it's just called that 'cause it's cool) used to be Abigail Ridgeworth's best friend. That was, of course, until Abigail just had to shut her out because of Princess duties or something. It's okay, though, because Rya couldn't care less about her now.
Of course, when Morian fails to keep its promise, the two will be forced together again. Will they rekindle their friendship? Or will it grow into something more?
