It has been a week since the marriage of Jocelyn Fray and Luke Garroway. They're off on a two week long trip to the Bahamas for their honeymoon while their daughter, Clary Fray, is at home continuing her studies as a Shadowhunter.
When Clary catches Jace in the act of cheating, she runs away. But when she soon returns, secrets unveil, and the young Shadowhunters from the New York Institute soon find themselves in the middle of yet another threat.
