Responding to nothing, they stated she was officially deaf. Separated from her abusive mother, she was moved to an orphanage, where making friends, or communicating at all, was almost impossible. She had been homeschooled at the orphanage for five years until she was twelve. She had a rather high temper and didn't get along with any of the kids. She has to suffer from her disability every day, while at the same time dealing with the people who see her as the odd one out.
