Skye Blue, was always treated badly after her father died. He left her with her step-mom who technically hated her for absolutely no reason. She ate left over from them, work for her money, which means baby sitting.
She never thought she would have a hard time with a child before. Scarlet is a beautiful nine year old who have very great come-backs for her age. She's mature and understand more things than any other nine year old would. Skye notices that she has a mysterious brother, but why doesn't he show up and take care of his little sweet sister. Forgetting something you know you're supposed to remember is very annoying, but what happens if that something or someone is important.
