In The Fog of London: Revised Edition

Kathrine Hughes is a young woman who recently moved from the country to the bustling city of London to begin a new independent chapter of her life. Gabriel, the stoic lawyer, Invites her to a seemingly casual dinner party hosted in the home of the reputable medical doctor Hastie Lanyon. While there, a tall, smooth-faced gentleman catches her eye while standing over the fire, his brow furrowed in contemplation. Upon asking Gabriel the name of this unfamiliar face, Kathrine is introduced to a Dr. Henry Jekyll, a chemical doctor and scientist. Though their meeting was brief and their acquaintance barely made, Kathrine would find herself already tangled in his dark web of deception, hypocrisy, and sin steeped in the dense fog in the streets of her new home.
