This is a rewrite of the fanfic of the same name that I made years ago. Since then, I've gotten a lot better at writing and still adore this fanfic, so I've decided to rewrite it! Much of the plot will be the same, but some of it will change and go into more depth. But alas, here's the description of this fanfic:
Permanently expelled from the Jedi Order, Serran now lives in the lower levels of Coruscant, barely getting by. His past is mostly just a faded memory, but one fateful day, it all comes back to him in an instant, and he knows that no matter what he does, he cannot run away from that life he had, but must embrace it; not to be a Jedi, but to instead be a Sith. Now that the Brotherhood of Darkness has been exterminated for decades, he now lives as one of the last Sith in the galaxy. Through his pursuit of power and knowledge, people from his past emerge and aim to stop him no matter what.

Over the past few months, I have been developing an original Star Wars trilogy. Finally, it has come together in a brand new story. A brand new timeline, but still in the galaxy far far away. I wrote this like a movie, not like a book, thinking it would be epic to one day see on screen. From the characters to the brand new locations, this trilogy offers a fresh new take on the Star Wars universe, while still keeping the elements from the source material we know and love. This is part one of a three part story. In Episode I: THE RESURGENCE OF THE JEDI, we follow the story of Jeb Rangor and his adventure with Jedi Master Var Kellus as they attempt to stop the Sith Elitists, led by the horrifying Darth Zekko, from taking over Jeb's home world of SCORA. A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. A great calm has arrived. For 300 years, the JEDI KNIGHTS have retaken their rightful place as guardians of peace and justice in the galaxy. The recent passing of Jedi Master ORI SKYWALKER has sent the entire NEW REPUBLIC into mourning. Master ERROL CORLAX has been selected to succeed her, and assume the mantle of Skywalker. But Errol is not as beloved as his predecessor. And the enemies of the Jedi are beginning to stir. As Errol's coronation nears, the Jedi prepare for conflict.... [Some background: I thought about how I would continue Star Wars after the sequels if I was in charge of things, and had so much fun coming up with a plot I had to write it down. The Weakest Jedi
I'm a Jedi Padawan... oh wait, I'm not. No Master will pick me. I'm the fabled "Weakest Jedi." My connection to the force is so below-average I can barely muster a force-push. My only powers include limited force-sense and basic enhancing of my physical attributes. Despite this, I WILL become a Jedi. How? By honing my physical abilities and lightsaber techniques beyond what anyone thought possible. __________________________________________________________________________________ Hesitant to call this a "power fantasy," but this story will include the main character slowly becoming more powerful. Maybe not in the way you think, but it will be satisfying (with patience). TCW era reader-centric fanfic. Will follow the timeline for the most part.
