Greyhound gratuates from Top Gun alongside Pete "Maverick" Mitchell, Nick "Goose" Bradshaw and now the Commander of the Navy Fleets, Tom "Iceman" Kazansky. They live a happy life - despite the common accusations thrown to Greyhound's head. But will that stay like that forever?
If you want to find out and you're not scared to tangle up in drama, heated situations and endless adventures, I recommend reading this book.

Amongst rivalries and competition, Maverick must call in reinforcements, Maverick's daughter, Maddlyn Mitchell, with a dark past of her own. Their biggest trial was not the awkwardness between Maverick and Lieutenant Bradley "Rooster" Bradshaw, or trying to get the new trainees to behave like a team. It actually came from the tension caused by Lieutenant Jake "Hangman" Seresin. Lieutenant Jake "Hangman" Seresin has a reputation for being unstoppable. He's always been the top pilot, so when this new trainer dismissed him, he had to prove her wrong. That is, until he makes a mistake that would change his life and Maddlyn's life forever. It soon became clear that the very mistake Maddlyn warned him he'd make came a lot sooner than he was prepared for. She was right -Carole Bradshaw- when she mentioned young Mav's wide love life. He did try to move on after Charlie, but never thought of those previous relationships because he never had the need to. However, upon taking up a job to teach at Top Gun with Bradley "Rooster" Bradshaw at his side, he finds the need to reach out to the young girl.
