As Nathan was wandering about the hotel grounds, he stumbled upon a peculiar sight...a figure in a nearby ditch. At first glance, it appeared to be a lost boy, but upon closer inspection, Nathan realized that this was no ordinary child. Instead he was a demon!

(Who was also a child.)

This is my take on Nathan's and Abaddon's first meeting expect this is probably the opposite of what would be canon as I suck at characterization! :)

In a small town in Mississippi, two witches let their ambitions overrule good judgment as they summon a powerful demon in hopes that he will help them gain favor and power within their coven. When their offered vessel attempts escape, the summoning circle is broken and the vessel killed, leaving the witches at the mercy of the freed dark entity. With the witches dead, Abaddon is free! As head investigator of the Lemont Paranormal Research team, Collin Fitzgerald has his hands full trying to keep the team focused on work. A job in Georgia introduces a powerful psychic named Shera to the group. She helps them get rid of a troublesome spirit, and Collin reluctantly offers her a job. Things get complicated as Han and Collin decide they both want to pursue a relationship with her. Collin accepts a new job in Mississippi and with it, chaos erupts. Shera's ever developing abilities lead to a startling revelation as the group finds themselves face to face with the demon Abaddon. A horrific encounter leaves a member of the team in ICU and the rest of the group scrambling for answers. They quickly discover that things are far worse than they thought and leaving the house did little to keep them safe. With a demon out for blood, will the team survive? "Foolish human!" He drew closer to the terrified woman, closing off any chance of escape. "I do not need help from the likes of you." He pressed his palms against the wall on each side of the shivering woman, and leaned in, whispering in her ear, "Oh, I will punish you, and you will beg for death, long before I grant it to you." He pulled back to look at her frightened face. "Worry not, I will let you watch this man you love so much suffer and die before I end you."

For twenty-five years, life in Hell had been predictable-if such a thing could ever be said about the Vees. Being the child of Vox and Valentino meant power, privilege, and pressure. Every move was watched, every word weighed. You were raised to be sharp, charming, and ruthless-an heir to the empire of screens and sin. Alastor had been nothing more than a story. The Radio Demon. The ghost who humiliated your father and vanished before you were even born. A relic of Hell's past, a name that made Vox's smile tighten and Valentino's tone turn venomous. Then, one day, he came back. The moment Alastor's voice hit the airwaves again, the entire underworld trembled. Vox's fury was immediate and absolute. He wanted eyes inside the Hazbin Hotel-the place Alastor had chosen to haunt. And who better to send than his own child? You were the perfect spy. Polished, persuasive, and loyal-or so he thought. The plan was simple: infiltrate, observe, report. But nothing about the Radio Demon was simple. Alastor was polite, unsettling, and far too perceptive. His grin never faltered, but his words cut close, as if he could hear the static of your thoughts. And then there was Lucifer. The King of Hell himself, watching you with suspicion and curiosity. He didn't trust you-he made that clear-but there was something in his gaze that lingered too long, something that made your pulse quicken despite yourself. Between Alastor's charm and Lucifer's scrutiny, the mission began to unravel. The hotel wasn't what you expected. The people weren't what you'd been told. And the more time you spent there, the harder it became to remember which side you were on. When loyalty collides with longing, and truth becomes tangled in desire, the question isn't who you're spying on anymore-it's who you're becoming. DISCLAIMER: 13+ story here! Cover I made in Canva. "They say...Wandering is a terrible sin, but what does that mean to someone who has already sinned? Is there a place in the skies for those who did? Or do they deserve damnation? I am but a superior lifeform... which strangely has a place in the world below...I do not belong here...yet here I am...in a world I am unfamiliar with...but...I will make a name for myself...trample on those who look down on me..." "THE DARK PUDDLES AWAKEN....THE VOICES...THE SOULS...THE INK SPEAKS TO ME...IT WHISPERS THEIR SECRETS...TELL ME YOUR SWEET NAMES...SO THAT I...MAY DEVOUR THEM..." I do not own Hazbin Hotel or Batim, none of the characters are mine and they belong to their respective owners.
