Take that chance to save him even if you know what it means.

Some might say it isn't worth the risk, but to me, if it is for the one you love, it's worth it. 
Because a life in this world without him in it.

Is not a life I see worth living even if it means I have to risk everything.

This is my story on the biggest risk I took in order to save the lazy slouch of a childhood best friend I call Shikamaru Nara.

Side note: While the early chapters stay true to the original Naruto universe, but after chapter 19, it will no longer be as canon to the Naruto universe because I don't need the buildup from stuff like the chunin exams. So, I took matters into my own hands and created my own! This is my first time even writing a fanfiction so if you see any errors, I am so sorry and please let me know so I can fix them.
