DISTRESS

Dawn is a senior student who lives with her abusive father. Her mother and sister died when she was young protecting Dawn from abuse. She was traumatized by the loss of her mother and sister causing her to create Raven as a way to cope with the trauma. However, her trauma only worsened when she got older. No one helped her and this made her turn her back to everyone, scared to trust anyone knowing that there's a possibility that they'll neglect her again. From outside her perfectly barricaded self, one person tried to reach out to her. That person was the new principal of their school. Despite the schools negligence she was the first one to notice her struggles. Though that alone wasn't enough to break her walls.
