There are different groups in this city that are feared because of how ruthless they can be and it doesn't help that they bribe the police every chance they get.

So tell me what happens when the most feared person returns after being in the military for 15 years? Nothing happens because they avoid everyone and everything due to the things that were done to them.

That said person's name is Toji and she has returned to claim what's rightfully hers. Peace and quiet but getting what you want is never that simple. She knew she would have to fight for it; she just didn't know how bad.
