Samson Carter, otherwise known as Sam to his peers, wasn't a mainstream admirer of All Might or Stars n Strips like the other kids. He instead admired a local night time hero named "Night Strider". He met and talked to him when he could while they were out for the evening.

He was born to a quirkless family lineage, but lived a rather comfortable life of wealth, but he didn't care for lavish riches and fancy thing, he only wanted super hero fan merchandise.

One day, news broke out that not only did Night Strider and a group of other hero's break the law and went across seas to fight All For One, but they came back with their Quirks stolen. All the heros from that group either resigned, had mental breakdowns, or were forced into early retirement.

On a fateful afternoon however, young Samson would find his hero hung in an alleyway. With no Night Strider in his neighborhood, a notorious mafia-like gang called the "Street Crusaders" raided his family home and killed all the staff while he remained hidden under the home while it burned down.

Orphaned, homeless, but inheriting his family's fortune, he lived with his close friend Ashe and her family, so he would be safe from the gang.

When he became older, he stepped up and became a Vigilante of the night named "Night Sweeper". Though quirkless, a ditz, and reckless, he sweeps the city of crime and runs from the LITERAL hounds of the law.

Can he bring down all that stands in his way and continue the legacy Night Strider gave up on?

Can one quirkless man be a hero in the shadow of the law in a era of quirks?

He was created for one purpose: to kill Superman should he stray. To replace him should he perish. But in a world that has never known Superman, what is a weapon without its target? In a desperate bid for freedom, Superboy breaks free of Cadmus only to be torn from the very world that he had known and hurled into the chaotic and unrelenting landscape of Earth Bet. He crashes into a reality unlike anything he's ever known, a world fractured by conflict, ruled by capes, bound by rules he cannot fathom and threatened by enemies far stronger than himself. His arrival is cataclysmic. A city left burning in the wake of his battle against Blockbuster, the monstrous scientist who created him. Superboy's strength is immense, his power awe-inspiring, but here in a world teeming with legends, he was no God. He is a stranger. Alone, outmatched and utterly lost. Earth Bet was a world foreign to him, a volatile amalgamation of powers and ideologies. A world where heroism is a fragile mask and trust is a dangerous gamble. As Superboy wrestles with his place among the capes of this strange new realm, one truth looms over him; there is no Superman. In a world without Superman, hope hangs by a thread and Superboy must decide whether to break it or hold it together. -X- Just to let you know, this isn't just Worm, but also MHA and OPM combined into one. There is no Saitama as he break the power scaling. But the characters of the rest of the series will be present. I will also be combining many more worlds into this as we go on in part due to how Superboy ends up in this world.

In an alternate timeline, the human race found a way to create superpowers. By extracting energy from stars and inserting that energy into humans, 'powers' were created. Powers allowed humans to gain unnatural abilities such as flight, invisibility, super strength or in other words, superpowers. Of course, with the introduction of something so revolutionary, people rose up in the hundreds of thousands in an event known as the Great Rebellion. The insurgents banded together under a single banner and became collectively known as the Shadow, marking the beginning of the Cosmic Wars. Out of the darkness, the Gazers were born. Using what remained of the power technology, the Gazers singlehandedly perished the evil and ended the conflict. However, there was a price to pay. Powers put a toll on the human body and had serious mental and physical repercussions. The solution was to recruit children from the age of 13 to 18 and train them so their bodies would adapt to their powers, eventually becoming immune to all negative side effects. The end of the Cosmic Wars brought forth a new age of peace and prosperity that the world had never seen before. However, the long reign of the Gazers has already begun to crumble, cracks showing up within the very thread of society. Their rule will not last for much longer. The Shadow will rise once again. Or in other words, my unintentional and accidental ripoff of My Hero Academia :/ Blurb is a work in progress
