Now this alternate Buggy, we call Buggy Somali, pulls it off while the whole world is watching. An act that would be normal for Roshi but absolutely shocking for the world of One Piece.
Now the shameless Buggy Somali must try to survive Boa Hancock's fury as she is hellbent on ending his life in a brutal way, & she feels using her devil fruit would be too humane.
