In the year 2060, there was once a dark rider who destroyed countless worlds and killed innocent lives with the power of many types of dark riders as he traveled through many different worlds. The name of that rider is called Kamen Rider: Dark Decade! A rider who is a dark mirror of the original Kamen Rider Decade from the Heisei generation. One year later, he and the original Decade fought with each other in a tunnel. Of course, the original Decade defeated him and won when suddenly, something unexpected happened to Dark as his body and soul got transferred to a green-haired baby's mind by the mysterious voice. He was trapped for Years as he watched the daily life of the green-haired baby named "Izuku Midoriya" And in a world of heroes and villains he's in, waiting for something to break free from this mind prison of the green haired child which is until now as when the Sport Festival third event starts, prepare yourselves as you'll witness the return of the Dark Kamen rider, Will he fight and protect the good of others with Izuku Midoriya, or continue killing and destroying worlds all over again...
