It's been seven years since Lucifer saw his wife Lilith. Could you blame him for moving on? Cosmo was a regular sinner, got into hell for slaughtering his family. it was by accident. he didn't mean to kill them, they just were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Lucifer knew that.
