Riley Atticus is a prodigy.

Anything to do with ballet he soaks up like a sponge and spits out ten times better. He's taken the dancing world by storm, approaching a traditional sport in an untraditional way. There isn't a soul in the dance world who doesn't know who he is, and that fame is beginning to leak into other worlds he doesn't know if he wants to be an apart of. But, prodigy or not, his mom isn't supportive.

Freshly 19, Riley is still living under his parent's roof. Money's tight, and the only reason he's able to attend the prestigious Archwood University is because of dance. He doesn't have enough strength to fight for himself and what he wants. His mom is unsupportive, overbearing, and passive-aggressive. Every jab and snipe she makes chips away, and Riley is worried there wont be anything left when she's done. And then she shoves a basketball schedule into his hands, and suddenly he's chasing after stray balls on the sidelines.

Santiago Moreno is a prodigy.

Basketball is his every breath, every part of his soul. He's talked about all throughout the sports world, called a 'once in a generation' talent as long as he could remember. There isn't a part about it he doesn't love or can't do. He's basically a team himself, but puts all of that energy into ensuring that the Archwood University one is the best it can be. He's well-known around campus as the hot and talented captain of a D1 basketball team in his second year.

Close to 21, Santiago is fighting to make sure he's a household name. The NBA is his biggest dream, so close and yet seemingly years away. But the looming threat of taking the spot of Dominus, the leader of the Moreno Mafia. Even so, his parents are the best, cheering him on either way. But not everything is so cut and dry. The questioning of his sexuality has Santiago distracted. Until he lays his eyes on their newest ballboy, cute and confused, and it feels like his fate is sealed.
