Af you ever heard of the little devil on your shoulder ? The classic excuse that cawordly people use to excuse their misdeeds and sins ? Well... A young Katsuki Bakugo, young aspiring hero in Japan would tell you that for him, it was a bit too real.
Katsuki hated all of this, hated how he couldn't say that it was the case without passing for a fool or an idiot ! He hated how he had to play along with the "imaginary friend every child has and grow out of it" and pretend that his "explosive behavior" was because of his quirk !
Because they didn't know about the true nature of his perpetual rage and deviances, and the constant struggle and suffering he has to go through to fight it. They didn't know about the very real demon haunting every second of his life, always whispering into his ear of how he should embrace his darkest desires and sins.
They did not know of the abomination from hell that his aunt's death brought into this world. They did not know about Izuku, about Aazel...
