A Love To Cherish (Taekook)
Jungkook never believed love was meant for him. An orphan with a heart too soft for the world, he hides behind quiet eyes and a sketchbook filled with dreams. To him, love has always been something distant-beautiful, but unreachable. Until destiny brings him Kim Taehyung. Taehyung, with his sunshine smile and endless care, is determined to prove Jungkook wrong-to show him that he deserves to be loved, cherished, and chosen every single day. What happens when Taehyung's warmth collides with Jungkook's fragile heart? Can love stitch together the wounds of the past and create something unbreakable? Close your eyes [Taekook ff]
This story was inspired by the quote "People should fall in love with their eyes closed." Jimin: Oh wow, he really is as hot as the rumors say, gorgeous even. What do you think, Kook? Jungkook: I guess he's alright. ( - he shrugged) I'm not really the type to go for appearances, I'm more into personalities. Plus I think people should fall in love with their eyes closed. That's how I fell in love with my Taebear. ( - he cupped his face as he smiled brightly.) *Jimin rolled his eyes and let out a tired sigh. Jimin: Ever the lovesick fool. Jungkook: Call it what you will. ( - he shrugged, the smile not leaving his lips.) Jimin: Speak of the devil. That hot guy is heading in our direction. Hoseok: Maybe he noticed us staring at him and thought we were talking behind his back. Jungkook: Huh, wait what...? *Jungkook noticed the man coming closer to him. The man grabbed Jungkook's hands, startling him. ?: I love you. Please go out with me. Jungkook: Huh!? MAJOR AMATEUR WRITTING! Everything was fine until Taehyung was forced to marry a boy he didn't know, leaving his past love, Jeongguk, to struggle alone. After eight years, Jeongguk became the very thing Taehyung had always feared-a dangerous gangster. Jeon jungkook , a 28-year-old gangster, is attractive, intelligent, obnoxious, and conceited. Despite his rough exterior, his heart belongs entirely to Taehyung, his one and only family. jungkook can't imagine a single moment without Taehyung, his true love. Taehyung, 26 years old, is beautiful, attractive, smart, and a sweetheart. Although jungkook is his first priority, his loyalty to his father holds a powerful influence over him. The fear of his father is the greatest enemy of their love, driving a wedge between them and forcing Taehyung to make choices that break both their hearts.. **** Everyone was cheering for the newlyweds, but the fury in jungkook's eyes was unmistakable. His gaze was fixed on the couple as they kissed, and he clenched the glass in his hand so tightly it shattered. The sharp pain in his hand was nothing compared to the agony in his heart. Watching the love of his life marry someone else tore his heart into a million pieces. "You have to forget me, Kook," Taehyung had whispered as he kissed jungkook for the last time that night. jungkook's heart broke all over again as he remembered those words, feeling the cold finality of that kiss. His love, his everything, was slipping away, and there was nothing he could do to stop it. **** It's not a story of revenge; it's about a second chance. ✦ Wifey by Mistake ✦
A silent village. A broken man on the roadside. A boy who never meant to save a stranger - let alone marry him. Under moonlight and misunderstanding, two names were bound by tradition, not choice. Before morning came, he was gone - taken by people who knew his name but not his heart. And when the boy returned... all that remained was emptiness. No words. No explanation. Just the weight of a wedding that neither of them could undo. Now, miles away and months later, one searches for answers. The other holds a secret too dangerous to speak. Their paths cross again. But love doesn't recognize uniforms, titles, or lies. It only remembers the touch... and the vow whispered once under forced stars. And this time, one of them refuses to let the other leave again. --- 🔖 Disclaimer: This story is inspired by the Bengali Taekook dubbing story "পুতুল বউ (Putul Bou)" by Taekook Bangla World. However, the plot, characters, and writing are entirely my own creation. I've taken inspiration from the concept but developed a different version in my own style.Complete
