The Week Cecilia Died

On the 28th of August, 1763, Cecilia Isolde Villareal, the eldest daughter of the gobernador-heneral, dies under mysterious circumstances within the Palacio del Gobernador in Intramuros, only to awaken the next morning as if nothing has happened, back at the start of the same week. The guests arrive, the servants move about, and the clock strikes twelve, yet by the seventh day, no matter what she changes or avoids, death finds her again.

Caught in this unending cycle, Cecilia twists every choice, word, and trust in a desperate attempt to escape her fate, but each act of defiance only tightens the invisible chains around her. Shadows grow bolder, familiar faces begin to shift, and a silent presence observes her suffering with knowing eyes. After countless repetitions, she encounters a mysterious man trapped in the same loop. Together, they must face the unseen force that binds them, yet whether their connection will shatter the cycle or entangle them further remains an unsettling uncertainty.
