The Cat

This novelette follows a young man, initially a struggling writer named Thomas, who encounters a mysterious black cat(Just The Cat, or The Celestial Feline) with glowing white eyes that draws him into an extraordinary journey beyond the mundane. The cat leads him through a surreal forest to an ancient temple, where he discovers a book revealing The Cat's connection to the Queen of Oulovan and the cosmic threat of the Entropic Pantheon, particularly the Peeking One. As he escapes a monstrous entity within the temple, he finds himself in a desolate reality warped by Vreiya, (the goddess of dread, member of the Entropic Pantheon (mentioned in the short story "The Peeking One: At Baguio and its SEQUAL) who reveals his "marked" status and attempts to claim him. After escaping through a portal with the cat, the young man arrives in a new reality where he encounters The Destiners, The Beginning and The End, cosmic beings who unveil his past as Howard Johenson Santos(In the short story "The Peeking One: At Baguio), A student that is turned into a Weaver then sacrificed himself to seal away the Entropic Pantheon and saving Angelo Baul(happened in "The Peeking One: At Baguio 2). With fragmented memories and the guidance of the Queen of Oulovan (the main character, Rina Lockwood in the novella "The First Weaver") and the cat, Howard must now embrace his destiny and confront The Peeking One and the returning Apocalyptic Gods, all while navigating treacherous landscapes and facing his fears in a cosmic battle.

(The Queen Of Oulovan actually resurrected Howard after sacrificing himself during his battle with vreiya in the short story "The Peeking One: At Baguio 2", and the mysterious cat led him to this journey to the queen)
