Jennifer's favorite show had always been Stranger Things.
After leaving the special forces-when life lost its direction and the nights felt too long-that show became her escape. Somehow, she related to it: the chaos, the fight, and the broken people trying to hold their world together.

And one character: Billy Hargrove.
His ending... well, he saved Eleven despite being controlled by the Mind Flayer. He was brave, really brave. He had just grown up with a shitty father and learned everything from him: to be racist, misogynistic, and an aggressive, abusive person. If only he had met someone who could change his personality to reveal his own self. Maybe he would learn how to be a better person, accept his stepsister, and find a different light.

So one night, after finishing the final season again, she fell asleep... only to never wake up in her own bed.

When her eyes opened, everything was different: the room, the air, the smell.
Somewhere deep in her chest, an absurd thought sparked-followed by an even stronger urge to slap someone.

"What the hell-where did my soul go?!"
She blinked, scanning the unfamiliar walls.

Who would have thought that the person she only saw through a screen would suddenly pay attention to her? Out of all people, it had to be Billy Hargrove.
