The reader is going to be fem but i'll try updating it to gender neutral in the future. Important Note: The characters are going to be mix from the pilot and the comics. I'm probably going to end up changing the title at some point when I'm certain of how the story is going to go. And I'm awful at descriptions, but here goes xD Amy discovered that she had fiery powers at the age of 20, when she was in her first life threatening situation. Since then, she has been using them to fight crime in her city as the Ember. Then, a man saves her life, and she discovers that she isn't the only one struggling with powers. When somebody from her dark past returns to her life, Amy must learn to trust herself and face her fears. Trigger Warning! This story features flashbacks of a past abusive relationship, so if that's something that you're not comfortable with, please don't read! And I've never been in an abusive relationship before, so if I describe something wrong or say something that's offensive to survivors in any way, please let me know and I'll try to fix it!
