It's been two years since the original Gladers were sent into the Maze. Every six months, a girl is sent up to Group A - Lilia is the fourth girl, waking up in the Box with no memories beyond her own name. Thrust into a world of shifting walls, deadly creatures, and mysterious rules, she must navigate the Glade and earn the trust of its inhabitants. Among the Gladers, Nick leads with a calm charisma that puts everyone at ease, but nothing is as safe as it seems, and every step deeper into the Maze brings Lilia closer to the truth-and danger.

When Madison wakes up in the lift, the only thing she can remember is her name. She has no recollection of her parents, her home, or how she got where she is. Her memory is empty. The Gladers weren't expecting Madison's arrival, as she is the first-ever girl to enter the Glade, but they treat her as one of their own. But the next day, a new boy is sent up-but he is not awake when he arrives. And more surprise yet is the message he delivers. They Gladers have always convinced that if they can solve the Maze that surrounds the Glade, they might find their way out. But it's looking more and more as if the Maze is unsolvable. And something about the new boy's arrival is starting to make Madison feel different. Something is telling her that she just might have some answers-if she can only find a way to retrieve the dark secrets locked within her own mind. Teresa is the first girl to arrive in the Glade? False. The first girl in the Glade was in fact Mia, she arrived over a year before Thomas and Teresa. The reason no one talks about her, they all think she is dead. Mia arrived in the box, same as everyone else but here's the catch, she doesn't talk. Not can't, doesn't. After a few months in the Glade Mia is sick of it, she runs off into the Maze at sundown. The Gladers assume she is dead when they don't hear from her for a week. But in reality she has been living in the maze with the Grievers, she made friends with a few of them and they protected her from the others, she runs around the maze during the night and hides during the day so that the Runners wouldn't see her. She has lived like that for almost a year now, watching over her Glader friends from afar. Each month she would watch as the new Greenie would come up in the box but then one night after a year in the maze her friends Minho and Alby get stuck in the Maze with the new Greenie. Mia joins them and starts to feel something for the Greenie. She joins in the adventure, surprising all the Gladers. This is her journey. This is a Maze Runner, Thomas X OC, fanfiction.
