However, Lily doesn't live the perfect life everyone seems to think she has. Abused by her often drunk father as a young child, there was only one way of escape. Every night, she crept out to the nearby park to look at the stars. One night, she meets two strangers who change her life forever. However, happiness doesn't always last, as Lily's father dies and she is forced to move away from her only friends. Years later, a stunningly beautiful and incredibly talented teenager, Lily once again encounters her friends and meets new friends as a result.
