A liar believed,
A prophet deceived,
The gods' broken King,
Hears his dead lover sing,
And when his Skyfire falls,
It shall burn down Troy's walls.

Cassandra predicted the destruction of Troy at the hands of Zeus before she could even speak. Now, as her family plots to sacrifice her to the King of the Gods in order to appease him, she can't get anyone to believe her: it won't work. Troy is still destined to fall.
Apollo, the Light of Olympus, went dark the day Zeus slaughtered his sister. A new, different god was born: one determined to tear his father's world to pieces.
An unstoppable force meets an unmovable object when the Oracle and the sun god meet. Prophecy, vengeance, and duty cease to mean anything.
It is said that no one, mortal or divinity, can escape their fate.
Lies, secrets, and betrayals contaminate their bond. And when the ashes of the Skyfire settle, what will be left for either of them?
"You just kept lying, kept deceiving me."
"That was never the goal, but-"
"Intentions don't matter when the outcome carries the same devastation, Clarke. What was the endgame here? The exposure you'd get from taking my pictures or better yet, being pictured by my side? Money? Is that what you want?"
Born as Alexandria Evergreen, but known to the world as ALEX.
Alexandria's story is as familiar as can be in many ways. A classic small-town girl with a big dream to become a famous singer. Just another kid who found fame too young, got everything she ever wanted, and turned into a diva because of it. The millionth girl who let fame go to her head and clearly thinks herself better than others because of the number of followers on her social media page. The one everyone either wants to be or wants to be with. Right?
But not everything is as it seems and maybe being known and adored by millions isn't all it's cracked up to be. It can't be, because if it were, wouldn't it feel different?
Once again I will be putting trigger warnings below, and I will add to the list as new potential triggers become relevant to the story. Always feel free to let me know if I have missed any.
TW: Strong language, casual drug and alcohol use, sexual content, panic attacks, some mental, emotional, and physical abuse.
