(Third Book in the War Series)

3 months after the Alliance took control of Canada and defeated the Corrupters Armada, they actually won Earth. Turned out that the Pro-Human Faction called Cerberus, who once controlled the Hawaiian Islands, had actually left via rockets after the first month, taking all the supplies, personal, and resources they could carry. While Earth may be without War, many in the Alliance know about a secret that Cerberus had planned before their departure.

As it turned out, Cerberus's reach extended further then many imagined, as Cerberus had initiated a Colony several decades before the formation of the Alliance and had those humans develop a civilization on Mars. As it turned out, they developed way better then anyone imagined, as they have over decades worth of time to develop not only their Colonies on Mars, increase Population, and build a sustainable environment within Mars, but also develop Spaceships. As such, it is unknown how far Cerberus's reach in Space is, but the Alliance has started an initiative, the Space Force, upon learning of this and developed three 'Carrier-Class' Spaceships, which they've been building since the formation of the Space Force.

Besides that, a Strange phenomenon started happening, as over half the population in the world, Human and Anthro, has developed Powers and became Powered Individuals. It is unknown how this has happened to the people, but a Program was initiated known as the P.I.A., Powered Individual Administration, which helped these newly Powered Individuals with their newfound Abilities. The P.I.A. is a non-profit organization, and it's members are mostly Government agents and Military personnel in the Alliance.

Will the Alliance be able to Master their newfound Abilities of Space travel, Increased Powered Population, and Intergalatic Combat, or will Cerberus overshadow them with their Experience?
