When Minho was only four years old, his parents sold him to a deranged doctor for a mere $1000. They said he was "too naughty," too troublesome to raise, and left without a glance back. The doctor took him to a hidden underground facility known as Chamber 209-a place where thirteen children, all between four and seven, were caged for illegal psychological experiments. There, Minho was stripped of his name and given a number instead: 122. For twenty-three long years, he remained confined, isolated from the world, his humanity slowly eroded by fear and silence. Now twenty-six, he struggles to speak in full sentences, his voice limited to small, broken words. Years of captivity taught him that silence meant safety, and speech could bring pain. Even free, his mind still echoes with the walls of Chamber 209.
