Spring 1972. One hundred young boys stand at the starting point of the Long Walk. Seventeen-year-old Miles Bennett knows that every step could be fatal, yet he moves forward with them. The road is endless, and the walk is unforgiving.
A story inspired by Stephen King's novel - The Long Walk
It takes place eight years before the original story.

The apocalypse started six years ago, fifteen-year-old Hugo Lance and his seven-year-old stepbrother Shane Olson, have been on their own for two years since their community, Oakland (an old high school) was taken over by The dead. their mother, Avery Olson, a twenty-year-old at the time died in the final stand, making her brother go mad and branch out and create his own ruthless group, Ven-Cross. Hugo and Shane, unfortunately, encounter their long lost uncle after a couple of years of running away from their past and are entitled to a new quest to find a little girl being held in a Virginia farm town, not knowing what would be encountered on the old roads that the dead now own. Shortly after Rick awakes, they run into Morgan and Duane Jones. Over the course of the 11 years of a normal life, Ford had he had been reported missing nearly 13 times and ran away from home, the longest span of time being 3 weeks, nearly a month. He's been out hunting with both his brothers. Normally hiding away in the woods until his brothers found him. Now having just turned twelve the young boy gets separated from his brothers, sees his father get killed, and desperate to find his brothers again. ----------------------------- CW!!!
