Y/N had worked in the palace of Arendelle as a servant for as long as they could remember, specifically as a handmaid to the young prince. Due to this, as a child, Y/N was best friends with Princess Anna and Prince Elijah, and had a...(small) crush on the prince when they were younger.

One night changes everything, and for some reason, Elijah shuts everyone out. With the exception of Y/N. Elijah has powers. Powers that can be used to hurt people. After his and Anna's parents died in a tragic accident while at sea, Y/N became his only confidant.

Years later, their relationship grows into something more, but neither one of them acknowledges it. The way that they both look for each other without realizing it, the subtle faint of red on their face whenever the other laughs.

The night that Elijah is crowned King of Arendelle, tension arises between him and Princess Anna, due to a newcomer whom Anna claims she is going to marry. Due to this, Elijah lashes out, revealing his powers. He flees Arendelle, Princess Anna and Y/N quickly going to look for him.

Anna and Y/N begin their excursion, meeting new friends and foes along the way.

But there is one thing that is certain. Elijah doesn't want to let go of his freedom.
