In Greek Mythology, the stories tell of the Goddess Aphrodite, radiant and beautiful, who cheated on her husband, Hephaestus-the God of craftsmen- with Ares, the fierce God of war. Tales speak of the children born from their passions, yet the world rarely hears of one child, quietly hidden from the eyes of mortals and gods alike. Her name is Aera. Goddess of beauty, love, and arts. Daughter of Aphrodite and Hephaestus. A divine child the world has yet to see.

In a world where the gods of old still walk among humanity, their influence has faded into myth. The gods are now powerful but fractured entities, scattered across the earth, their divine powers diminished over the centuries. The gods still rule, but they do so behind the scenes, in secret realms hidden from mortal eyes. Hephaestus, once the divine blacksmith and god of fire, is no exception. However, he has withdrawn from his former glory and now lives in exile, cut off from both the pantheon and his divine forge. His once-vibrant forge lies dormant, its flames extinguished, and his heart hardened by betrayal.
