When Gotham's chaos queen gets one last hurrah-but a misfired spell tosses Harley Quinn into a ravaged multiverse. To a dystopian post apocalyptic  America of the Earth-807128 universe ruled by villains, she discovers the corpse of a fallen hero, takes up his shield, and becomes the "Red, White, and Twisted."

As she rallies a ragtag team of wasteland survivors, Harley meets Emma Frost, the icy strategist with a haunted past. Amid explosive raids, mutant uprisings, and Doctor Doom's deadly schemes, the two women discover love in the ashes of a broken world.

From Arkham to apocalypse, chaos and heart collide in a story of redemption, queer love, and building a new world from ruin. Will Harley and Emma survive the wasteland-and each other?
