The Maze Runner
She didn't want to wait for her hero to fly out of the sky to sweep her up into his arms and save her from everything. The real hero is the one who has lost everything but still manages to save everyone else except their own self. Abigail Winston lost her mother to an unknown disease, her father committed suicide, and her brother was brutally murdered. She didn't believe in happy endings, heroes, or fairy tales. But her hero isn't in a cape and flew down from the sky and land in front of her perfectly. No, her hero was Jordan Kirsten, a famous band member of Truthfully. Out of the five band members, it had to be the extremely hot guitarist who wanted everything to do with Abigail. But is it what Abigail wants as well?

Luna Stone had the relationship of her dreams as a teenager, but the book takes off six months into her marriage where things go a little wrong, leaving her with depression, among other things, and when her life is dark and miserable, she finds that maybe, just maybe, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Lieutenant Chase Colton had a rough life as a teenager/young adult after a very defining moment in his life, which led to him seeing life from a different perspective after months of therapy and struggling through PTSD, but it made him the police officer he is. A man who trains police dogs who helps with normal K9 work but also PTSD sufferers, when he has the chance. (This is more of a 'life after marriage' type of book, and not a teenage romance, so if you have been wondering what happens, after the high-school/college drama and 'they got engaged, got married and lived happy ever after' this is the type of book you would be interested in)
