Runa Adler was raised to be Marley's perfect weapon: the War Hammer Titan. Intelligent, impulsive, and cursed with the clarity of someone studying International Relations in the midst of a millennia-old war of hatred. She uses the Titan to forge crystal walls (her armor against the world) and sharp blades (her uncontrollable aggression).
But the death of an Eldian veteran, treated with contempt by her superiors, breaks her last link of loyalty. The Warrior Headquarters has become the crystal prison she herself built.
When Eren Jaeger invades Liberio, Runa is forced into action. Divided between the need for introspection and the Aries impulse to act, she needs a new path.
Her only salvation lies on the island of demons: Paradis.
