Hunter's room was simple. Boyish and a bit messy. The bed was unmade, blankets twisted like vines. A jacket hung on the back of a chair. His headphones lay abandoned on the desk. Multiple used and broken punching bags lay on floor. Everything looked very him. And it made Sydney's eyes sting

She traced her fingers along the wooden desk. She tpuched his boxing gloves that hung over the wall. She sat on the edge of the bed and breathed

She reached for the pendant in her pocket. It was somethingshe never wore, but silently carried. The only souvenir of her father who had long left her. It had a pendant of a sun "Because Sydney, you aren' just another star, you are the sun" Her father's words rang in her mind

Now it was Hunter's. She gently placed it on Hunter's pillow. A token of goodbye

summer of Maybe by kanika_serenadelife

There is a darkness that lives in silence. Not the kind you can hear. Not the kind you can fight or run from. It is the quiet that settles in the spaces between words. The empty rooms where laughter once echoed, now hollow and cold. The glance that flickers away too fast, the words that hover on the tip of a tongue but never fall. It is a darkness made of things left unsaid. Of promises broken without a sound. Of love turning brittle and sharp. You don't feel it at first. You tell yourself everything is fine. That the smiles are real. That the morning sunlight warming the kitchen is enough to hold the day together. But deep down, something is unraveling. You can't see the threads coming loose, but they pull harder with every breath you take. The foundation beneath you trembles, slow and steady. The people who are supposed to be your safe harbor-your family-are falling apart behind closed doors. And you stand in the middle, too young to understand, too old to ignore the shadows in their eyes. They tell you to be happy. To be strong. To believe in the future. But their voices falter. Their hands shake. They hide secrets in whispered phone calls and hurried gestures. And even when you don't want to see it, you know. You know that this summer is not a break. It is a reckoning. A reckoning wrapped in warm air and salty sea breeze. A reckoning dressed as a fresh start. Because some silences are louder than screams. And some endings don't wait for the night to fall. They begin in the golden light of a seemingly ordinary morning. The moment before everything breaks.
Summer Memories by LETollin
25 parts Complete
Yoona's summer plans were simple: survive the history exam, avoid awkward small talk, and recharge by the sea with a good book. Falling for her brother's best friend? Not on the agenda. But when quiet, bookish Nate offers to help her study, late-night cramming sessions turn into beach walks, stolen glances, and something she never expected-real connection. Between heart-to-hearts under the stars and slow, tender moments that make her chest ache, Yoona starts to wonder if this summer might mean something more. As college approaches and the end of summer looms, friendships shift, love blooms, and secrets unravel-including one that could change everything about the bet they made during the first week at the beach... "I knew that if I wanted to make a move, this was the moment. I snuck a glance at her-her skin glowed under the soft radiance of the lanterns' flickering light. She looked so beautiful. I didn't want to ruin it by saying anything. Instead, I looked down at her hand. Slowly, I shifted mine toward hers, careful not to startle her. She seemed deep in thought, mesmerized by the beauty above us. My hand brushed against hers, then I pulled away instinctively-but when I reached out again, this time a bit more bravely, she didn't retreat. Instead, she moved closer. And when our fingers finally intertwined, I closed my eyes and let the happiness rush through me. The tension in my chest evaporated, and I finally exhaled." New chapter every day - double updates on Fridays!

[COMPLETE] Sorry this may be cringe, it was written very long ago A seemingly ordinary, working college girl meets a cool, undeniably sexy boy with millions of followers at his feet. How will their completely different lives allow, or prevent them from getting what they want? Expect some drama, flirty lines, steamy scenes, funny best friends, and perhaps, an overall epic love connection. ~ Carter came around the corner as his eyes darkened with a predatory gaze. Oh no. He took a step forward, minimalizing the distance with every dominating stride, as I froze in my spot. My breath hitched as his arms finally encircled my waist and his eyes locked with mine. In one swift motion, he flipped my body so my back was pressed against his chest and hands gripped the curve of my hips. "What game are you trying to play at Valerie?" he spoke in a husky voice. Goosebumps danced along my skin as his hot breath fanned against the shell of my ear and his fingertips lit a trail of blazing heat along the length of my arm. Mentally shaking myself from the trance of that which is Carter Bryson, I tilted my head towards him and whispered; "One where you'll lose." Quickly escaping his hold on me before the tension became unbearable, I spun on my heel to face him and slowly backed away towards the exit. "Good luck though." I added mischievously. With a smirk and a devilish glint in his eyes that could even give hell a run for its money, he replied; "I'm not a player though, baby. I'm the gamemaker." ~ ❗️Mature content. Just some boy

20 parts Complete

I didn't think it would matter. I didn't think he would remember me. It was just a few hellos after school, a few casual conversations. But now it's summer, and somehow I can't stop thinking about him. About his texts, his jokes, the way he says my name. I told myself it was nothing. He's just some boy. Some boy I can't stop thinking about.
